As a QA Analyst, I assisted in creating and testing test cases based on design documents. In addition, I contributed to the design for an expanded accessibility suite for the project, one of which was the colour deficiency modes.

Development Support 3 - UFC 4

Returning to Electronic Arts - I was working on the Online team before switching and leading the Audio/Presentation Team.

I helped in creating test cases for external QA teams, facilitated feature reviews, and acted as the point of contact between the QA and Developers.

Development Support - FIFA 18

Started as part of my co-op program to learn one portion of the iterative design. I supported the development of the online features on FIFA 18

I assisted in testing as well as logging and regressing issues that surfaced regarding a vast variety of online features.

Development Support - UFC 3

After the launch of FIFA 18, I headed to assist in UFC 3 in the Audio/Presentation Team.

I was tasked with testing NIS's and audio test cases. Logging and regressing issues to verify the fixes worked.
